Manuscript Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit original contributions that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere. Papers should be prepared using the IEEE 2-column conference style and are limited to 8 pages excluding references (full papers) or 4 pages excluding references (short papers). Papers exceeding page limits, multiple submissions, and self-plagiarized papers will be rejected without further review. All other papers will sustain a thorough single-blind review process, followed by a rebuttal phase.
Papers have to be submitted electronically in PDF format through EDAS conference management system accessible via the following links:
You can choose to have your paper automatically submitted to one of the co-located workshops, in case it doesn't make it to the main conference program. You can provide your consent through EDAS (instructions can be found here). Note that the submission deadline of workshop papers is before the acceptance notification of the main conference.

Please note that IEEE has recently updated the LaTeX template and only the new template will be accepted.
