Student Travel Grant Information for CNSM 2024
A limited number of Student Travel Grants (STG) will be awarded by IFIP at CNSM 2024, for which the application deadline was set to 15 September 2024.
Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be the author or co‐author of a full, mini-conference, or short paper accepted for publication at CNSM 2024 or its co-located workshops.
- The applicant must be a full-time student registered toward a Bachelors, Masters, or Ph.D. degree in computer science, engineering or related field in a college or university when submitting his/her application.
- The applicant must have registered for the conference at the time of application and must attend the event to present the paper.
Application Procedure
The applicant is asked to send an application e-mail containing:
- Full first and last name, contact information (e-mail, postal address), and country
- Institution’s full name currently enrolled with or working for, the academic program (BSc, MSc, or PhD) he/she is currently attending
- CNSM paper ID, full title, and type (full paper/short paper/mini-conference/workshop)
- An informal letter that briefly summarizes the applicant's current research interests and accomplishments
- A short supporting letter from the advisor and his/her contact information.
All applications must be submitted by 20 September 2024, 24.00 hours anywhere on earth, via e-mail to the CNSM 2024 Student Travel Grant Co-chairs. The e-mail subject has to be set to CNSM 2024 STG Application. The Student Travel Grant Co-chairs will notify applicants about award decisions after 30 September 2024.
