Author Registration and Attendance Policy
- Every paper accepted at CNSM 2016, GISN or ManSDN/NFV must have an associated registration at the Author rate.
- For each paper (this applies for all kind of papers of CNSM 2016 and workshops, posters included), at least one co-author must be registered as author (Author rate) to secure the paper’s publication
- The registration of a single co-author as author (Author rate) will secure the publication of up to three papers
- All papers have to be presented. CNSM 2016 reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper has not been presented at the conference
Registration Options and fees
- Main Conference (includes Mini-Conference) Registration: Lunch (Monday-Thursday), Welcome Reception, Proceedings (+ Banquet for non-student registrations: Author, Member and Non-Member).
- Main Conference Combined with either Tutorial or Workshop Registration : Lunch (Monday-Friday), Welcome Reception, Proceedings (+ Banquet for non-student registrations).
- One Workshop Only Registration: Lunch (Friday), Proceedings.
- Tutorial Only Registration: Lunch (Friday).

Access to Lunch and Events
- Lunch and coffee-breaks are included, provided that the participant is registered to the event taking place on the respective day.
- All types of registration to the main conference grant the access to the welcome reception.
- A registration to the main conference (all types except student registration) covers the admission to the banquet.
- Student, Workshop Only or Tutorial Only registrations do not cover the admission to the banquet. To access the banquet, a ticket should be bought at an additional cost.
- Accompanying persons are invited to the Welcome Reception. However, lunches and coffee-breaks are not included for accompanying persons.
- To access the banquet, each accompanying person must purchase an additional ticket.

Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be received by 24 October 2016. There will be an administrative fee of US$100 deducted from each refund. No refunding will be possible for cancellations received on and after 25 October 2016. You can modify or cancel your registration from the registration site.
