Accommodation
The CNSM 2017 OC has negotiated special rates for the participants and accompanying persons in Rihga Royal Hotel Tokyo, which is the 5-star hotel located in the campus of Waseda University. Recently, the accommodation in Tokyo has been quite insufficient and very expensive due to the increase of tourists from abroad. Therefore, we highly recommend you to book a hotel as soon as possible. Although we keep 30 rooms available for the participants and accompanying persons, we are sorry about that there is no guarantee of room availability. There are 3 plans as follows:
- JPY17,000 (limited special rate, 1 person per night)
- JPY19,000 (special rate, 1 person per night)
- JPY26,000 (special rate, 2 persons per night)
The limited special rate will be applied to only 10 rooms of the 30 rooms. Each fee of the plans includes service charge and taxes. Please note that there is a possibility that the rate will be changed. Room and bed types (double or twin) will be run of the house, namely they are assigned when you check in and cannot choose them. All the plans do not include breakfast. You can order breakfast with a special rate of JPY1,500 per person per night when you make reservation. The rate of breakfast will be JPY2,970 if you order at the hotel.

Currently, we have very few rooms available on 25 Nov. (Sat.) because other events will be held in the same period. Therefore, the rate on 25 Nov. will be a little high. Rooms’ availability information will be updated when any cancellation occurs or when we get additional rooms from Rihga Royal Hotel Tokyo. Please check the rooms’ availability through the reservation system of Rihga Royal Hotel Tokyo. The reservation system only supports a booking within 5 nights. If you want to stay more than 5 nights, you can book a room by dividing your reservation into two parts.
