If you want to attend Gala Dinner, please register by 17:00, 27th Nov. (Mon). If you miss the deadline, you cannot attend Gala Dinner.
Author Registration and Attendance Policy
- Every paper accepted at CNSM 2017, ICQT or ManSDN/NFV must have an associated registration at the Author rate.
- For each paper (this applies for all kind of papers of CNSM 2017 and workshops, posters included), at least one co-author must be registered as author (Author rate) to secure the paper’s publication
- The registration of a single co-author as author (Author rate) will secure the publication of up to three papers
- All papers have to be presented. CNSM 2017 reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper has not been presented at the conference
Registration Options and Fees
- Main Conference Registration (includes Mini-Conference): Lunch (Monday-Thursday), Welcome Reception, (+ Gala dinner for non-student/life member registrations: Author, Member and Non-Member).
- Main Conference Combined with Workshops Registration (includes Mini-Conference): Lunch (Sunday-Thursday), Welcome Reception, (+ Gala dinner for non-student/life member registrations: Author, Member and Non-Member).
- Workshops Only Registration: Lunch (Sunday).

We accept payment by credit card and bank transfer but please note the following conditions.
- The bank transfer should be completed within 5 business days after registration (and before attendance).
- Please burden bank transfer fee and commission received of JPY1,500 (only in case of bank transfer from outside Japan) at your expense.
- For registrants who are living in Japan, please pay the registration fee by bank transfer.
- We only accept credit card payment for on-site registration (Cash payment is NOT available for on-site registration)
- The receipt will be handed at the site during conference period.

Access to Lunch and Events
- Lunch and coffee-breaks are included, provided that the participant is registered to the event taking place on the respective day.
- All types of registration to the main conference grant the access to the welcome reception.
- A registration to the main conference (all types except student/life member registration) covers the admission to the Gala dinner.
- Student, Life member, and Workshops Only registrations do not cover the admission to the Gala dinner. To access the Gala dinner, a ticket should be bought at an additional cost.
- Accompanying persons cannot attend Main Conference or Workshops
- Accompanying persons are invited to the Welcome Reception. However, lunches and coffee-breaks are not included for accompanying persons.
- To access the Gala dinner, each accompanying person must purchase an additional ticket.

Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be received by 19 November 2017. There will be an administrative fee of JPY10,000 deducted from each refund. No refunding will be possible for cancellations received on and after 20 November 2017.
You can modify or cancel your registration from the registration site.
If you want to attend Gala Dinner, please register by 17:00, 27th Nov. (Mon). If you miss the deadline, you cannot attend Gala Dinner.
