Registration
Each CNSM 2026 paper, including Workshop, Poster, and Demo papers, must be covered with an Author registration. Each PhD Symposium paper must be covered with a Student registration.
1. Important Deadlines
Author Registration (Required for paper publication):
- Full, Short, Poster and Demo papers: September 14th, 2026
- Workshop papers: September 18th, 2026
- PhD Symposium papers: September 25th, 2026
Participant & Student Registration:
- Advanced registration ends: October 6th, 2026
- Late Registration starts: October 7th, 2026
Gala Dinner Policy
Full Conference Registrations (Authors and non-author Participants) include access to the 5-day technical sessions, the welcome reception, and the Gala Dinner.
Students, Workshop-only attendees, and Accompanying Persons do NOT have the Gala Dinner included in their registration fee. If you wish to attend, you must purchase an additional Gala Dinner ticket for 100.00 € during the online registration process.
2. Author Registration and Attendance Policy
- Every paper accepted for presentation at CNSM 2026 must have an associated registration at the Author rate (or Workshop Author rate for co-located workshops).
- Every paper accepted for presentation at the CNSM 2026 PhD Symposium must have an associated registration at the Student rate.
- The registration of a single co-author at the Author rate secures the publication of up to 2 papers from the same co-author.
- All papers have to be presented by their co-authors. Presentations from non-author substitute presenters are strongly discouraged, but can be authorized under exceptional circumstances by the TPC Co-Chairs.
- CNSM 2026 reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution if the presentation condition is not met.
