Every paper accepted at CNSM 2019, AnServApp, HiPNet or SR+SFC must have an associated registration at the Author rate.
For each paper – this applies for all Full and Short (poster) papers of CNSM 2019 and workshops included – at least one co-author must be registered as author (Author rate) to secure the paper’s publication.
The registration of a single co-author as author (Author rate) will secure the publication of up to three papers from the same co-author.
All papers have to be presented by the paper co-authors. CNSM 2019 reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper presentation condition is not met.

Main Conference Registration (includes Mini-Conference): Lunch (Monday-Thursday), Welcome Reception, (+ Banquet dinner for non-student registrations)
Full Conference Registration (includes Mini-Conference and all Workshops/Tutorials): Lunch (Monday-Friday), Welcome Reception, (+ Banquet dinner for non-student registrations).
Workshop/Tutorial Registration (includes one day only): Lunch (Monday or Friday).
Members of IEEE and ACM member societies are entitled to Member rates.

We accept payment by credit cards – Visa and Master Card – but please note the following conditions.

We only accept credit card payment for on-site registration (Cash payment is NOT available for on-site registration)
The receipt/invoices will be handed at the site during the conference period.

Lunch and coffee-breaks are included, provided that the participant is registered to the event taking place on the respective day.
All types of registration to the main conference grant the access to the welcome reception: Workshops Only and Tutorial Only registrations do not grant access to the welcome reception.
A registration to the main conference (all types except student registration) covers the admission to the Banquet dinner.
Student, Workshops Only and Tutorial Only registrations do not cover the admission to the Banquet dinner. To access the Gala dinner, a ticket should be bought at an additional cost.
Accompanying persons cannot attend Main Conference or Workshops. Lunches and coffee-breaks are also not included for accompanying persons. However, accompanying persons are invited to the welcome reception and the Banquet dinner with the purchase of additional tickets.

All refund/cancellation requests must be received by 11 October 2019. There will be an administrative fee of C$100 deducted from each refund. No refunding will be possible for cancellations received on and after 12 October 2019
